As the owner of JSI Home Inspections, I am committed to providing my customers with a thorough, comprehensive and easy to read home inspection report. Our customer specific, narrative style report is easy to read and includes detailed explanations of all reported deficiencies, digital color photographs and a color coded report summary.
As the principle inspector, I am licensed by the State of Tennessee as a residential Home Inspector and therefore must adhere to state mandated standards of practice and code of ethics, as well as, maintain a clean criminal history. I have specialized training as a product failure investigator and have performed over 5000 construction related investigations. I have performed destructive and non-destructive testing on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance systems; as well as, roofing, concrete and flooring materials. I will use experience and training to thoroughly inspect the property and provide the information you need to make an informed safe decision.
